There is so much going on here that it's hard to identify individual components. But it's just lovely. Sweet, malty, creamy, spicey, oaky, sherry?, everything F: Long, long. Vanilla, oak and raisins. C: Fantastic! I love the 15 but you can't get it. This is available in Waitrose. It is going on my "always have one open" list. Just need to buy some.... click image to enlarge	15 yo Age: 15 yo Strength: 46% Bottler: Distillery Tasting Notes: N: This is pretty fruity stuff. Under that there's a hint of the farm. Can't decide if there's just the faintest whiff of smoke - I think so. Then a vein of vanilla hits me. Nice nose... P: Sweet and smooth. What is it that gives Irish that distinct taste - it's here too, but smooooooth. (Oh, just got a heavy dose of coconut on the nose) F: Coconut! A surprise. Medium length.
